Cabuyao, Laguna (Philippines)

Scopeworks currently operates a 24x7 500-seat facility in the Light and Science Industry Park (LISP) – 1 in Cabuyao, Laguna. The site was built by Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. (SPPI). SPPI was established in 1989 and is a leading developer of industrial estates through its Light Industry & Science Park projects. Today, SPPI is highly regarded as one of the pioneers and leaders in private industrial estate development in the country and has the largest hectarage of industrial estates developed and being developed with almost 800 hectares of aggregate area.

Light Industry & Science Park I, the first privately-owned industrial estate to be registered with the Board of Investments, is situated 35 kilometers south of Makati, considered the business capital of the country, via the South Luzon Expressway. It has an area of 178 hectares and was completely sold out in 1995. It is home to 92 locators, including Procter & Gamble, a Fortune 500 company. LISP I locators provide employment to more than 28,000 workers.

 

Main Facility

The Cabuyao site was purpose built to support the Direct TV Operations of an affiliate company and was converted to a full contact center in 1998. The initial batch of client included both local and multinational Financial and Telco clients.

Operations

The Operations Floor has been designed to provide an open layout to facilitate access, monitoring and team management activities. Supervisors are seated with their agents to enhance responsiveness to escalations, coaching and mentoring of agents

Board Room

Meeting rooms have been designed with usability in mind and are equipped with audio and video conferencing technologies.

Data Center

Our Data Center was built to Tier 1 Standards to accommodate both Internal Operations and Co-location services. We have multi-telco Fiber Optic connectivity, Redundant Cooling Systems, Biometrics and CCTV security systems, and full backup power.

LISP1 Industrial Estate Features

LISP 1 offers locators a self-contained and self-sufficient industrial zone that  offers these features: reliable power and water supply, state-of-the-art telecommunications facilities, park security, in-house firefighting equipment and crew, and its multi-awarded programs for both environmental management and community development.

The park provides strategic access to its locators through a direct interconnection to the South Luzon Expressway and offers immediate access to Metro Manila and the Batangas International Port.

Dalian Software Park (China)

50-50 Joint Venture to service North Asia

Paxys established a joint venture to service the North Asian languages for the Japan, Korea and China markets. The JV operates out of an IT Industrial Park based in Dalian City, Liaoning Province.

Dalian Software Park is an industrial zone, created in 1998 in Dalian City, Lianing Province, China, where many of the world’s large and medium-sized IT-related companies have set up shop to do software development and information services. Dalian is one of China’s 11 “National Software Industry Bases” and one of five “National Software Export Bases.” Currently, more than 300 companies, including 32 Global 500 corporations, have offices in the park.
